01 · Self-Services
One-stop self-service for every employee journey.
Make enterprise services easier to find, request, approve and track. StaffGateway brings authorized ERP transactions and organization-specific digital services into one mobile app and web portal, giving employees a consistent path to action while preserving back-end systems of record.
ERP self-services
From ERP complexity to employee simplicity
Employees should not need to know which back-end application owns a process. Familiar tasks become straightforward services: request leave, view employment information, submit an expense, start a purchasing request or follow an approval. Behind the experience, enterprise applications keep enforcing their data, business rules and transaction processing.

Non-ERP digital services
More than ERP
Not every request fits neatly into an ERP module. Digitize internal forms, departmental services, IT requests, helpdesk journeys, announcements and workplace utilities through the same employee experience, connected to your existing systems or introduced as new approved services.

Worklist
For your action. For your information. History.
A shared worklist separates what needs action, what is for information and what is done. Managers clear approvals in one consistent interface, and lifecycle notifications tell employees about status changes without opening the original back-end application.
- FYA, FYI and history in one place
- Approve, return, delegate or request information
- Push notifications on the phone

Self-service questions
What is the difference between ERP and non-ERP self-services?
ERP self-services connect to transactions or data held by enterprise systems, such as employment information, leave and approvals. Non-ERP services are the organization’s own internal forms, workflows, news, helpdesk journeys and productivity services that may originate outside ERP.
Can managers approve requests from StaffGateway?
Yes. StaffGateway includes a role-aware worklist and approval experience. The actions available depend on the connected workflow engine, back-end application, authorization model and configured service scope.
Can we add our own internal services?
Yes. The platform is designed to incorporate customer-specific digital services and workflows. Each service needs an agreed process definition, an integration or implementation method, an owner and the right permissions.
