03 · StaffClock
Every location. Every shift. One attendance picture.
StaffClock brings workforce planning, geofenced mobile attendance, schedule calculations and operational reporting into one connected solution. Manage complex working patterns and multiple facilities without treating attendance as a disconnected clock-in tool.
Not just punch in and out
Attendance begins long before check-in
To interpret an attendance event, the organization must know who the employee is, where they may work, which shift applies and which exceptions are approved. StaffClock connects all of it in one cycle.

Employee experience
Geofenced attendance from the employee’s phone
Employees get a clear mobile check-in and check-out linked to their authorized work location. Location-aware actions, confirmation prompts and reminders help make capture reliable.

Linked to the employee’s assigned work location.
- Identity and device trust
Device biometrics, plus checks that help identify rooted devices and simulated locations, where enabled.

Reporting
Reporting that understands shifts, not just timestamps
Calculations cover actual hours worked, late arrivals, early departures, mid-shift exits and returns, overnight attendance and more than one shift in a day. Scoped access and bilingual Excel exports support the teams that act on the information.
Attendance report
Check-in and check-out per employee, with status and logged hours.
Delay and shortfall
Late arrivals and early leaves that add up to missed working time.
Violations review
Rule breaches up to yesterday, to excuse or confirm, one by one or in bulk.
System activity
Portal usage, attendance activity and service trends for authorized roles.
Connected by design
Connected to your existing attendance and HR landscape
StaffClock integrates with approved time clocks, biometric terminals and attendance systems, alongside ERP and HCM sources for employee context. Keep your systems of record, reconcile events and send validated attendance results downstream as defined for your deployment.
Biometric terminals, time clocks and existing time-and-attendance platforms: events imported and reconciled with mobile punches.
Employee data in; leaves, excuses and missions linked; attendance results out.
Delegated administration
Designed for multi-site accountability
Central HR manages organization-wide rules, while area, facility or department administrators see only the employees and actions authorized for them. Administrative records and audit trails give the visibility needed to govern a dynamic workforce.

StaffClock questions
Is StaffClock only a mobile check-in and check-out app?
No. StaffClock covers the wider attendance operation: facilities, geofences, shifts and work plans, rotations, individual and bulk assignments, attendance capture, calculations, reports and delegated administration.
Does StaffClock support overnight and multiple daily shifts?
Yes. Overnight shifts are attributed to the correct shift date, and employees can have more than one shift on the same day. Calculation rules are validated with your workforce policies.
Can employees record attendance without connectivity?
Yes. Offline punches are kept on the device and synchronized and validated when the connection returns, with controls defined for your deployment and devices.
Does StaffClock detect fake GPS or compromised devices?
StaffClock includes location-integrity and device-trust checks, such as simulated-location and rooted-device checks, with VPN-related detection where appropriate. These help identify suspicious attempts; coverage depends on operating systems, device capabilities and your security policy.
Can StaffClock connect to our existing biometric attendance devices?
Its integration model includes external time clocks, biometric terminals and existing attendance platforms. Each device or system needs interface and event-mapping validation before integration is confirmed.
Can HR see attendance and discipline reports by location or department?
Yes. StaffClock reports on attendance, delays, shortfalls, compliance and workforce counts, within role-based and organizational access boundaries, with bilingual Excel export.
